- Carers’ voice
- Positive Caring education and training

We are working with PeoplePlus, Gloucestershire County Council and Guideposts to make sure the transition of carer support services is as smooth as possible.
What does this mean for carers?
We have developed a sheet of Frequently Asked Questions in partnership with PeoplePlus, the County Council and Guideposts which you can read here.
If you have any questions about the transfer of services, please email us so we can provide additional answers to common queries or call us on 0300 111 9000.
You will still be able to access support for carers on 0300 111 9000 after 1 April as this number will transfer to the new Gloucestershire Carers Hub.
