This is a group of Carers who have an input on Carer issues and sit on statutory and voluntary committees to ensure that a true Carer perspective is fed into the various debates on services.

We provide training and support to this group of Carers to better equip them to make a more effective contribution to the groups they are on. Carer Representatives are nominated by other Carers at the Carers Forum, may sit on the Carers Action group and meet quarterly as a group to help determine a strategy for giving the Carer perspective.
