Positive Caring is a free programme for people who care fora relative, friend, neighbour or disabled child.

The weekly sessions give you the opportunity to meet with other carers and gain and share knowledge and information.

Topics include:

• Health and well-being
• How to access services
• Emotions and stress
• Practicalities of caring
• Finance and resources
• How we juggle caring with other demands
