Who qualifies for a Blue Badge? |

The Blue Badge scheme provides a range of parking concessions for people with severe mobility problems who have difficulty using public transport. If you get the high rate of mobility component of Disability Living Allowance, are registered blind or get the mobility supplement on a War Pension, you will qualify automatically, otherwise your GP will be asked to certify that you have severe difficulties in walking.
